The Nature’s Paradox

The Earth is what we all have in common...

The poetry weaves melody to nature’s contrasting behavior. Moreover, it derives ideologue from Indic Texts that consider all the elements made from ‘Panchabhuta’- Fire, Water, Sky, air and Earth.

A Parody!

Living beings cuddle in warm waves of fire,

In literature, a portrayal of strong desire,

The same fire urging to acquire,

The forest in flames whilst humanity with ire.

A cynicism!

Our planet that appears glittering blue,

Spread over eyes like a virulent flu,

Some water destroy, some décor peaceful milieu,

Ever down moving, yet sticks to glass like glue.

A sarcasm!

Speculated destination for souls who die,

For hermits to predict and gamblers to lie,

None other than mysteriously shrouded sky,

At times, turn latent and act too shy.

A spasm!

Breeze that whistles by a poet’s ear,

Gentle air that fades way tear,

While factories nearby coughing clear,

Oozing out smoke, building a hazy smear.

An irony!

An entity resurrected as mother’s might,

One who witnesses complain and limitless fight,

No matter how we satisfy our vested appetite,

The Earth cares, both beautiful and blight.
