Another Friend of Mine,

A Girl Called Mercy,

She did not Have Pads for her Monthly Cycle,

Parents Weren’t Ready,

‘Go work for it!’ They replied.

Mercy went to the Rich Man’s Farm,

Worked so Hard to Get Money,

All She Got In The Evening was the Title ‘Honey’

She Was Taken Advantage of,

That’s Why She Says The World Has No Mercy.

I Am Staring At My Cup Of Coffee,

Yours Might Get Cold,

I Lost Appetite,

Questions Feeding My Depressed Self,

How am I going to Provide for my Unborn Child?

How should I Handle All The Stigma Am Going Through?

Who Should I Blame For All This?
